I have a chevy van c 20 350 V8 very cold natured will not start
its getting fuel to carburator ignition system has spark cleaned plugs
charging battery idles rough when first started about 10 minutes to warm up .

What year?
Good AC plugs and good wires and cap and rotor?
If carb check choke operation.
Is spark to all plugs good hot blue spark?
Is it missing on any cylinders cold or hot?
When you cleaned plugs were any black or wet or oil on ends?
Does it now start and run or do you now have a no start or just hard start?
