k so im going to change everything in the truck 3.2L V6 LSE a/t rodeo


what oils,fuilds,grease...ect

drivetrain
tranny
brake fluid
steering fluid
spark pugs too

i want the best stuff or equal to near recommendation

im currently useing quakerstate 4x4 synthetic 5w-30 oil



just want to know what exact or recommended to use,i live in canada so im limmited to certain type that u guy may use
