Fuel problems

I just bought a 1985 iroc z28 the car is clean it has a 350 tpi, It has sat up for a year with out being started up, I can get fuel to the fuel filter under the car but no fuel to the fuel rails, I'm new with the fuel injected system can anyone help.:iceslolan
