Left rear caliper hanging up.
Replaced caliper and rotor.
New caliper is hanging up.
What could be the cause

Welcome to the forum!
Assuming by "hanging up" you mean the caliper piston does not retract, your symptoms would be consistent with a collapsed brake hose.
If you mean something else, please explain.

Found as suggested, Left rear brake hose collapesd.
Replaced both rear hoses, good to go now.
