I got struck with the first time with that yaya thing. I was too horrified to copy and paste. In the screen you get after you modify your profile, in the upper left corner it said something like 20%UnitedStates yaya... I tried to stop it but the next page loaded too fast and I missed it...

That penalty should change to making the person have to listen to bagpipe music for 24 hours. They'd probably take themselves out long before it was over.
