Heater issue

Help needed before it gets too cold.......
I have a 1999 JGC and i have an issue with the cabin heater. The passenger side is working fine, with the temperature going up and down as it should, but the drivers side heat doesn't change. when moving the dial from Lo to Hi the temperature remains the same - cold.
Any ideas appreciated!!!
