starting problems

have 95 jimmy 4.3 only starts when i spray carb cleaner down her throat new spider new fuel pump wont hold pressure but when its running it runs fine

Maybe injectors leaking down or fuel pressure regulator.

If it starts with carb cleaner that points to fuel delivery problem.
Get a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what cold cranking pressure is.
If a fast leak down on fuel pressure check pressure regulaor and also pump leak back.
Block return line and see what full pump pressure is and if that helps leak down and brings pressure up.
If sill leak down with return line blocked and no pump leak back pull intake and prime up fuel pressure and watch for leak on pressure regulator and also In line and return line and fuel regulator.
The in and return lines inside intake are refered to as nut kit.
Post BACK ALL PRESSURE READINGS.
