94 B4000 Engine Light/Check Oil Light?????

Guys I gotta major amount of confusion and need some assistance. For awhile there the check engine light was coming on and I forget what I did if anything to get it to stop. Now the check oil light comes on sometimes and it is full of oil and I change it every 3000 miles. Any suggestions? :confused: Thanks.
