Does anyone know what this part is called? Need replacement

The metal part under the nut. It helps tighten the clamp to the battery terminal as you screw down.
I dropped one and the dealer says it only comes in a $60 negative cable package.
Hopefully I can find it somewhere at an auto parts store or something.

Just get creative. Its not anything special, just a conductor. Many of the over-the-counter battery terminals have all kinds of options. Like this:

The ones top-center should let you make whatever you want. They're about $3.99 at any parts store.

Check a used parts/junk yard for it.
Alternatively, you might be able to just use a stack of regular washers to mimic the width and height. A shot of the part's opposite side (where it contacts the cable clamp connection) might help, too. Is the bolt stud a part of the battery itself?
