Drivers side wheel clicking noise

Front drivers side wheel makes a noise once per revolution. Thought maybe warped rotor is taping? Or wheel bearing. Less then a year replaced wheel bearing. Recently Brake caliper got stuck and wheel got hot. Freed up the caliper but started to make a noise like once per revolution. Tie rod ends have play. Could warped rotor make noise through tie rod ends? Could a wheel bearing make a noise like it has one bad spot. No grinding or dull roar like typical bad bearing.Turning wheel seems to not matter.
