A drive is ANGRY!

The A: drive on my Kayrpo New2 makes horrible buzzing sounds when I boot up a disk, it sounds like the stepper motor - any ideas on what's wrong and what I can do to fix it?

Buy a new floppy drive. They are dirt cheap.
