I see these things on ebay all the time. They are getting sold CHEAP! When I say cheap i mean $25-$55. Whats the deal? They say that the chip will add 20HP. BTW, if I were to get one off ebay, is it just one chip or am I going to have to buy more than one? They don't really say.

Performance chips are only good for pre 1996 models after that you need to reflash the computer! Keep in mind that performance chips void the warranty, unless you want the burden of engine repairs don't do it. Trust me we can tell if you altered the PCM.

all those "chips" on ebay are cheap radio shack parts. Dont waste your money. Save for a Reprogrammed PCM

I agree...keep away from that e-bay crap...

Save up $299 and go for a dhp (digital horsepower) pcm. Skip shifts, 6000rpm redline, and horsepower gains :D Well worth the investment IMHO.

I'm not sure if they have anything for your car, they might be able to do a program for you, but they mainly program 97+ GPs.

I cant remember the site for them, but 3800 performance sell the DHP pcms www.3800performance.com
