Fog Light Bulbs

When I bought my 01 Regal LS both fog lights were burnt out. I replaced them with some long life bulbs from Advance Auto, but one is burnt out after being used for about 2 hours over a few months. Is this maybe cheap bulbs, and if so are there better ones, or is there another problem?

Don't touch halogen bulbs with hands, the natural oil from hands can make the bulb
burn premature.
