There is a Cutlass sitting and i would like to know what kind of motor in it... It says, "Oldsmobile Cutlass Ultra High Compression." Any ideas?

It's a V8, right? It will be an Oldsmobile division 330 ci or 400 ci engine.
If the engine is all-original, look at the drivers side cylinder head. There should be a series of digits. The first digit is a 'T' for the 330 engine, or a 'V' for the 400 engine.
Both engines are good, with forged cranks. The 400 version was made for only 2 years and was the best 400 Olds ever built.
A Buick 225 ci V6 was also offered.
