Aftermarket keyless entry?

I just bought a 2001 Honda Accord LX. It's a fantastic car! It came from the car lot with a "Valet" branded keyless entry remote. One of the two it came with works perfectly fine. The second one however, doesn't. The green LED on it doesn't light up unless you press "AUX" unlike the remote that works, where any button press lights up the green LED.
