Low Cylinder Pressure 2.7L

I have a 2002 dodge stratus 2.7L with 75psi in cyl. 1 and 190+psi in all others. It's leaking coolant on the ground not too far from cyl. 1. There's no sign of water on the dipstick. I have observed puffs of steam from the exhaust while driving and I can feel moisture at the tailpipe with the engine running. I am suspecting either a bad head gasket or a cracked head. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
