Stalling 92 S10 Blazer, 4.3L TBI

I've done some research about this problem. My 1992 S10 Blazer, 4x4, 4.3L, TBI stalls after driving for awhile. Many other threads mention the crankshaft position sensor, but I don't think mine has one.
Fuel pressure is fine, but there is no fuel coming through the injectors during crank. I don't know if spark is good or not. I don't have a good way of checking that. I'm away from most of my tools right now. No codes have been thrown. What acts as a crankshaft position sensor on this truck?

Someone also mentioned that the compound in between the ignition control module and the distributor could be the problem. What is that stuff called?

Your 92 TBI does not have a crankshaft position sensor. The pick up coil inside the distributor is what triggers the module. The module sends a signal to the PCM. The PCM sends a modified signal back to the module and the module fires the ignition coil. The PCM uses the signal from the pick up coil/module to fire the injectors.
You need to find out if it's losing fuel or spark, or possibly the EGR valve staying open causing the stall. Diagnose it before throwing parts at it, we can help. Post your results.
Install the fuel pressure tester and watch fuel pressure when the engine stalls. Does it stall and then lose fuel pressure, or does it lose fuel pressure and then stall?

Unfortunately, like I said, I am away from all of my tools, including a fuel pressure tester. I know it is near impossible to find the exact problem without proper testing, but I need to know the areas to look at if I do need to throw some parts at it. Any other suggestions? If spark and fuel are good, what would that mean? What if either or both are bad?

In your first post you said, "Fuel pressure is fine". How did you check it, and how do you know that it's OK? If fuel pressure is too low, the injector will still pulse, but no fuel will spray out. No injector pulse at all, could be caused be most anything: Ignition module, distributor pick up coil, poor connection or broken wire somewhere, bad PCM, bad ignition switch, blown fuse, bad ground for the PCM, the list goes on and on. You really need to narrow it down through proper testing. Unfortunately, without any kind of diagnostic equipment, you might need to resort to the SWAG method of diagnosis, (Scientific Wild Ass Guess). ;)

i got the same problem..
this is my history....
i swapped the old 4.3 non vortec to a new 95 vortec 4.3.. but with the original TBI sensors and injectors etc.etc... but...
the truck was alone without engine like for 8 months...
before that the truck fired goood.. but after two weeks with the new engine. the injectors ..do the click click click...while cranking... but no GAS!!...
i quitted the filter and theres gas when i turn the key on..
any ideas??
thankyou!!!!!!!!
