ABS Light ON: HELP **URGENT **

Hi guys.. I need some advice.. I am ready to buy a CRX DELSOL but the only problem making me have second thoughts is that the ABS light is on constantly.. The guy told me the light has been on ever since he bought the car.. I thought it was the brakes but he had recently changed it and the light is still on. I havent tested the brakes to see if ABS still engages. Any ideas what might have caused this problem ? And would it be expensive to fix it ? Thanks heaps guys.. ** URGENT **

There are a variety things it could be. Best to have one of our installers or a Honda dealer check the it out before you buy.
