04 Vue with CVT to 4T40 or 45

Has anyone replaced their VTi with a regular 4T45 or 40 trans? I'm ready to do this and wonder if the bellhousing will bolt up same for a 3.1 or Quad 4 or if anyone has a flash for the PCM? Never done a CVT before and would rather go back with a real transmission if I possibly can. Can't find anything on the web except CVT's are junk! lol

Nobody else knew how to do this either. They junked the car. $180 a ton!
