Speaker help needed for a '91 Max...

Hi all, can somebody tell me what size the round rear speakers are in a '91 Maxima? I'm putting in new ones for my wife and just wanted to get the right size the first time. Thanks in advance!:cool: Door panel speaker sizes would be helpful as well!:)

The holes are completely round.:(

if they are completely round, then the speakers are 6 1/2. Door ones should be the same size if im not wrong.

I'm not sure if bose affects the sizes or not..but non bose...rear is 6.75 and front is 4x6...but you can easily mod the front pods to fit other sizes...

Thanks all! My wife's mad at me because I put a high-end audio system in my Grand Prix and installed a Sony cassette deck with the original blown factory speaker in hers; can you believe her nerve?!:p

I had Infinity 6x9's installed in the rear.... They fit fine.

I also put infinity 6x9's in my rear deck, they were a little tight, but they fit. The doors are 4x6, but I put 5 1/4 pretty easily with a little modification. good luck

My Maxima had 5 1/4 inch bose speakers in the back. The 6 1/2s i put in place of them matched up perfectly with the screw holes. I havent messed w/ the front ones yet.

Methinks you need 6 X 9 in the back and an adaptor for 4 X 6 in the front.
