turn signal problems

hi everyone. i have a problem with the turn signals in my 96 dodge caravan. they work when they want to. i have
put all new bulbs in, but they still only work half the time. can someone please help me and tell me what to check
next. thank you in advance.

You could change or repair the combination flasher module on the junction block (interior fuse panel)or take off the steering column panels and check continuity through the turn signal switch at the connector. Might even try just reseating the module.

thank you i will try that. how do you know which one is the turnsignal im not sure what i'm looking for.
