I have a 98 Jimmy 4.3L V6 Vortec 4x4. I'm having a problem where the truck will hesitate when the engine is cold but once the engine warms up it will hesitate and die in drive or just outright stall in idle. I have changed that fuel pump and filter as well as the ground wire on the rear attached to the tank and the fuse box. I have checked the distributor and rotor and they appear fine. I have tried letting the truck stall and then unplugging the MAF sensor to see if this changes things and it continues to die. The truck is not showing any codes. Any ideas what might be the problem? Not sure where else to look.

Airtex pump or good delphi?
Any security lights staying or coming on?
You need to check for lose of spark or fuel pressure when it quits or acts up.
Run a full fuel pressure test and post back fuel pressure readings.
Check for lose of spark at spark plugs.

So fuel pressure was holding steady at about 62 the entire time and spark was good all around. Issue is in the wiring coming out of the fuse box. Not sure which wire is causing the main problem but a few of the wires were quite pinched so cut away all the binding and re-wrapped looser with electrical tape as well as shifted the wires that were underneath the ABS module. Knock on wood...so far so good. Wasn't able to narrow down exactly which wire is the culprit as no wires were visibly broken so fingers crossed that things continue to run fine.
