why do you insist on this cleaning of the vacuum lines going to from the distibutor ? if these lines are 1994 rubber replace these lines.

the distributor check valve filter should be purchased at the dealership or a parts store that has a ac/gm replacement.

this distributor cap your installing ,,,is this from a scrap yard vehicle ?

The only thing in the vent array you may want to clean are the check valves. I would limit the cleaning to soapy water since the check valve membranes are rubber and may be susceptible to solvents. The rest is just rubber tubing as previously stated so you can either clean that out or replace it. The vent system draws its supply of clean air from the intake tract so make sure the hose connection to that duct is intact.
