99 Malibu Headlight Repair

I am replacing a busted headlight in my 99 Malibu that was caused by a collision with a deer. The headlight was repaired long ago (rather poorly using a hanger and some creativity), but I finally decided to just replace it. I removed the old broken headlight, only to find out that most of the mounting is gone (broken I assume). The problem I'm having is, I have no idea what parts I need to buy in order to replace the headlight mounts.

but is that all I need? When I look at the other side, there seems to be a lot of plastic pieces around there, so I just don't know what all is involved there parts-wise.

On another note, how much work is involved with replacing the header panel (if that's what I need)? How much needs to be removed to replace it (radiator, fan housing, etc)?
