Start by checking the battery cables. Take both ends of both cables apart and clean them with a wire brush until they shine. Put them back together and tighten them up. Next check both sides of all fuses with a voltmeter or a test light, don't forget the Maxi fuse under the battery.

Terminals was cleaned,no maxi fuse under battery unless i over looked it.Just cruise control diafram.I have 12v.to main + at the starter. The starter turns over when i cross the silenold terminals.no head lights. All fuses good.Turn the key over nothing...

This is sounding more like a Multi-function switch or possibly the Ignition Switch. If you turn the key on and jump the solenoid down on the starter, will the engine start?

of of the bck of the alternator there should be two wires. One of them goes back to the battery and the other will go to a junction block. That junction block will hav multiple fusible links coming out of it. Check for power at those wires.
