80 grit? You'll spend all day if you use 80 grit. Get some 40 grit and throw it on a power sander. You'll be done in no time.

True, he is gullable and possibly stupid... But it was wrong for the guys on that forum to fool with him like that. Maybe to make one sarcastic comment, but if he thinks you are serious, let him know that you are not. I don't blame that guy if he never visits that forum again...
