Yo Rocketman. Thanks for the wishes and same to you guys! Ye, weather here is going to be a little hot today for practice and race tomorrow - but Sunday - WOW, I can't wait.

Awesome Jim - very nice.

We hit a bit of the CMP curse. First Driver, 5 laps in - radiator blows out - we spent three hours Frankensteining a radiator - it held up, but 3 hours down on a 1 mile course is a ton o laps. Then, the Mad Max Team clipped our car and destroyed the front tire, that took 28minutes for the flatbed and tire change out -- then, 1.5hrs to the finish, our left front caliper (same tire as the one that was hit) apparently lost the retainer clip and the caliper worked itself loose enough cause the piston to spray fluid (we had a slight fire on the rotor - got to use the extinguisher)

Anyway - the way we view it - started down 300 laps -- finished 48th overall -- had a friggin good time - win/win -- will repeat.

here is a 40min video (yea, I know, that's long) but, there is some decent RAIN driving going on (first 4mins took me to get the nerve).

What happened to the engines and fins?

They were jettisoned after the first stage.

That was some pit stop practice. We were the only ones doing it. It paid off.

How about those driving shoes.....

We found at least 4 failure points with our pit practice. What we all thought was going to work, wouldn't have. It was no doubt a key to our success.

Well, this may not be the comment you were looking for, but after 20 minutes of downloading I got to see a 2:05 (so far) of the title page. I gave up after that. Sorry. Post some of the good stuff on Youtube and leave out the however many minutes of title page and I'll try again. It really takes less then 4 seconds to read the title page anyways.:)

Yeah devin, it took me 40 minutes to watch the video, kept jumping and freezing, but i watched it.

Nice clean drivin, not nearly aggressive enough for my taste, but good overall!
