Ford explorer 2001 healight

MY light on the driver side is out how do i replace because its impossible to reach the little metal holders from under the headlight cover.

I suspect the owner's manual will state how to change the headlight bulbs. I've tried three times now to download the owner's manual from Fleet Ford but have not yet been successful. If you have the owner's manual, take a look in the maintenance section.
