Rattling noise from front driver's side wheel.

This only happens when I get over 10 mph and only if I turn the steering wheel to the left to any degree. I can make a sharp right turn and hear nothing but if I turn it left in any kind of way it makes a rattling noise and steers funny. Problem has just developed yesterday and is getting worse. Please need help ASAP because this is my only vehicle and have to have it fixed by tonight so I can go to work.
