Panoz Auto Development is pretty good about immediate service. If they dont have the parts in stock there can be delays. Really depends on what you are ordering.

I purchase everything I can through Panoz. There are cheaper places to purchase parts from but if you figure in the time you spend searching for the best price and returning items that don’t fit, it’s just best to go through Brandon @ Panoz. I even buy brake pads from him. They can drop ship anything just like the internet vendors do. They are excellent at expediting orders, following up with tracking numbers and their knowledge of our cars is priceless.

I bought lots of parts in the last year since buying my car. Panoz has been great to deal with on orders and delivery. Only item I had to wait for were front spindles / uprights. Was about 2 weeks from order to delivery at my door. I try to support them as much as possible.
+++++for Brandon down there. Very knowledgeable about our cars. Asked lots of questions about my car and as a result provided some important chassis update information for me too.

If they quote you a price, don't count on it being the actual price they bill your credit card. They really did me wrong and then tried to BS me. I won't buy anything from them again unless it's my last option. Everything is available someplace else. EVERYTHING. Get a Coleman catalogue and you'll see just about everything in there. I can't comprehend in this day and age that a vendor can tell you it's $x for a part, chare you $x+20 and then tell you tfb when you call them about it.
Do 10 minutes of research, get the parts from someone who will treat you right. Doc Panoz has plenty of money and won't miss yours one bit.

I ordered a whack of parts and it took 3 days to get the parts pulled and shipped and was wondering if this was normal. I also agree that you can get all the parts from Coleman and other stock car suppliers and you can get aircraft grade heim joints to replace the ones that they sell but at the end of the day I beleive we are at their mercy for body panels, right? Anyone fine another supplier of panels or do we wait for someone to write off a car and buy whats left!

I agree with CMPanoz....buy everything I can from PAD just because its easy, they are usually honest and fair, and we need them for all the custom fab'ed stuff like body panels, chassis pieces etc.
