Torque Specs: Upper Intake manifold? lbs/per bolt?

It's a 98 3100 v6
I know i have to torque them from middle outwards,, i dont know how many lbs tho?

It will start but the idling has a constant hiccup in it almost like its missing(but its not).
Good chance its because of a vaccum leak, so i was told.

haynes says 18 ft-lbs, the upper manifold bolts don't have a revised spec to my knowledge.
