Your model year and trim level/engine code might help. Cavliers have been made for decades, so there are many variations of carbureted, throttle body injection, and port fuel injection. But typically, after the filter the fuel will be routed to the fuel injectors through a feeder pipe. Then the excess fuel will follow the closed loop through a fuel pressure regulator and back to the tank.

Try to perform a fuel pressure test. If you don't see good pressure, the issue could be the regulator or the pump. If pressure is good, then listen to the injector's pattern. It should be constant and even clicking. You can use a long screwdriver or rod up against the injector and your ear to help listen. Or use a finger to feel the injector click.

Hope this helps!

I know the pump is pupping fuel :headshakepass the filter and so I want to disconect the line at the engine, but I'm not sure which line is the fuel inter line.

Even though you get a signal + clicking sounds from the injector, doesn't mean it's getting a good flow rate.

Follow the line from the fuel filter to the engine. There will usually be a clamp, tubing fitting, or quick disconnect you can undo prior to the feed to the injectors.
