Replace the plugs and fuel pump is not working

Hello As I say in my first thread my 2000 4 runner dont star after i change the spark plugs i dont get any fuel preasure from the fuel pum I know that someone out there can help me in this can any one give some information or inside tech tanks

yea I have check at the rail also i rent an OVD tester from auto zone an indicate the I have a misfiring
