Replace door glass - 95 Lumina APV

My son locked the keys in the van, and while prying on the door he broke the glass (passanger door). I checked the Haynes manual and it does not explain how to replace the glass. I found the door glass at a salvage yard for $40, but I need to know how to remove it from the old van, probably with no power to the power motor to move the glass up or down (oh yea, they are power windows). Then how do I install the glass into the door of my van? I appreciate any advice!
