1994 Cougar- Power Antenna

1994 Cougar- 97,000 miles

I just pick up a 1994 Cougar, and the power antenna mast is broken, leaving a few inches remaining above the fender. I intend to replace it with a standard antenna if I can't get my hands on a replacement power one at a cheap price.

But first things first--
Right now, the antenna motor keeps trying to move the broken antenna. It runs for several seconds on startup, and when I shut off the engine. (Eventually, it "gives up" and turns off.) Does it have its own fuse I can pull to stop this? Alternatively, how do I get to the antenna motor to unplug the power that goes to it?
