loud wining sound after fuel filter replacement

recently I changed my fuel filter and after I changed it I noticed that when I turn the ignition switch on just for a second it makes a loud wining sound.the sound is somewhat similar to the sound of a bad flywheel. It had never done this prior to the filter change. Is it possible that air could have got into my fuel sytem and if so can it be bled off. Any help concerning this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Is the car running now or you just heard this once and stopped?

it does this every time you turn the switch to the on position the car does not make the sound once it cranks up. The sound is coming from under the hood by the throttle body. Last night I put a code reader on the car and it read a P2101 , P0106 ,P0126

Have some one cycle the key while you feel around for the source of the noise. There is no 2101, 106 is a map sensor issue, 126 is usually caused by a bad thermostat.

Thanks for the help guys I found out what the problem was and it had nothing to do with the replacement of the fuel filter. The problem was the throttle body. The gold round shutter inside of the throttle body was getting stuck for some reason it would not open and shut freely when it gets stuck it makes a horrible sound and that is what I was getting. it was just shear coincidence that it went out after I changed the fuel filter.
