Heres a place to start -http://www.thepartsbox.com/ I dont know much about Mazda rotary nomenclature, but they do have 12a's and 13b's - perhaps they can be modded into an FD3?

Do they even have a kit for the GC8?? I don't recall any one making it. The only one I remember was a bare bones one from Studio 27 for a 2001 WRC version.
As for the 13B-REW Mazda engine, the Tamiya RX7 R1 kit (#24116) has one that most resin casters use as a base and then sell them. You can also try Model Meister (http://model-meister.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=66), maybe?

I have bought the wrong one (Efini RX7) which i think the same with R1 kit.
When i open it... Surpriseee... There's engine hood without engine.
But i didn't regret it. i get it under USD 10.

I already order from them.. I think 13B is for FD3, it's look like the same.

The Efini kit is not the same as the R1 kit (http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10002192), the latter comes with a full engine.

The Efini RX-7 (red colored car on the box art) is definitely the wrong one. The black colored car on the box art is the only one that comes with the engine kit as Ales has posted.
The Model Meister resin kit is modeled after the R1 Tamiya engine kit. I think they just added in their own turbos and other accessories, but the basic engine setup, mainly the intake plenum, is for the 13-REW engine (a.k.a. FD3S RX-7 twin turbo engine).
Were you looking for the FD3S version or the older FC3S version (a.k.a. 13BT)?

The only scale Subaru EJ motors I know of are 1/25 plastic from Revell in both their plastic and die-cast body kit of the 04/05 WRX/STI, and there was a 1/24 white metal motor kit ages ago from Studio 27 for the WRC cars, so it was notably different than a street version of the motor.
If you're going to be putting it in the Fujimi or Hasegawa GC Imprezas, you'll be scratchbuilding the whole engine bay anyway, so you can put enough detail to make the 1/24 to 1/25 difference insignificant. Subaru motors all look tiny anyway.

I'm only looking for engine that can fit my Efini. I don't really understand the code of the Mazda engine.

Maybe I'm going with scratchbuilding option. does anyone have reference pict of Subaru Engine. I'm planning to put the engine on 98 Impreza
