1994 Cougar- Tuneup Parts Recommendations?

1994 Cougar- 97,000 miles

I'm doing a tune-up on a 3.8 V6 Essex. What are some good parts I can use, and what should I avoid? I'm thinking about getting plain copper-core Autolite plugs (part #?), not sure about the rest.

Suggestions?

Had some gift cards about to expire, to I spent them on 9mm Ford Racing wires that I can use on it.
I'll pick up some copper-core autolites, and a brass terminal cap+rotor later.
