Will R33 GTSt front shocks work on a R32GTSt?

As far as I know they will not. They are different suspension systems.

Can't you get some through a UK Nissan Dealer?

Yes, but they do not stock them. It will take up to 2 weeks before they get here.

There more like just a middle man. Its going to cost me £250 for just the front 2.

Damn!

Ill dig up my post with the list of Kiwi Nissan dealers in it, and thier phone numbers, Im sure one of them would be happy to help, and Im sure even paying international postage they would be cheaper, and could get them to you quicker.

Provided its just the inserts that you need (and not the whole strut) then they will fit in an NZ post package, and could take 5-7 days, otherwise if you can afford it then they will also go Fed Ex or DHL and be there in 1-2 days.

Try all 3: Nissan NZ, either +64 09 296 0300 or the New Market Delaership +64 09 5207250
or NISBITS For Nissan who are I guess the largest wrecker and parts supplier in NZ +64 09 297 7703

(+64 is the NZ country code, and 09 is the Auckland area code)

12 hour time differnce remember so call now and they will be open.

Otherwise you will just have to go skyline less for a couple of weeks, I know whats it like to be with out your favorite car, Iv been with out mine for nearly 2 months now, and Im never getting it back.

Moppie,

Thanks for the info, but if I order from there, when it hits England they will charge me additional 25% tax. So, it all ends up about the same.

There is a guy who is parting out a R33 GTSt locally, in which I can get all the springs, and shocks for £100. They are all in good condition, thats why I posted the question.

Thanks again for the reply.

Ouch!
I know I get around the US laws by labling them as a Gift on the customs decleration, and Iv done the same thing with small packages sent to the UK.

Good luck with the search anyway, might be time to consider importing wrecked R33s as a side bussiness :)
