stupid questiona bout gluing

new to models and not to good at them.. wondering how you glue everything so clean lookin with no excess glue. esp on the lenses for lights and the windows on the cars so it does like that like frost look and just look like crap any helps please let me know thanks

To get the parts nice looking after you finish glueing them is to aply glue with a toothpick. I recomend Tamiya glue. It melts the parts together so you have to be careful, but after using this glue, the parts might never break apart agian. It's like they bond. A more forgiving glue is the testors glue that comes in a red and white tube, don't get the non-toxic blue-white tube, takes too long to dry and it's not strong. to glue clear parts,don't use any of the glues mentioned before, you have to use crystal-clear glue which you can find in hobby shops.
