To get the parts nice looking after you finish glueing them is to aply glue with a toothpick. I recomend Tamiya glue. It melts the parts together so you have to be careful, but after using this glue, the parts might never break apart agian. It's like they bond. A more forgiving glue is the testors glue that comes in a red and white tube, don't get the non-toxic blue-white tube, takes too long to dry and it's not strong. to glue clear parts, don't use any of the glues mentioned before, you have to use crystal-clear glue which you can find in hobby shops. Good luck to you, welcome to Af and enjoy your first models.
