TS-40 Black Paint

Hey, just a question, is this s'ppose to be a Matt colour? I wanted to paint my Altezza black for the "PIMP" look, but after 2 NICE coates, it looks kinda dull...like an S13 Drift car! I even sprayed clear over it, but not SHINY! Whats the go?

it's metallic black, try spraying a wet coat of claer on it :)
