I can pick up another d15 cheap and can think of some evil ways to screw with people(turbo, turbo, turbo, nitrous) but will the eninge is out of the car, i can do a quick rebuild. What pistions or does anybody make pistions for the d15. Couyld i put some stype of other stock pistions in so that ist will raise the compression?

hhmmmmm, if your gonna do something like that i would atleast swap a Z6/Y8 in it first... but give nopi.com a look thats where i got my high compression pistons from.....

When i said cheap, i meant for free. So i will have fun screwing around with the eninge to make it a sleeper. Plan on at least making 160 hp. High compression for nitrous or low compression for turbo, still haven't decided yet.

Id worry more about the rods then the pistons...

You are all wrong. Let me be the ass and say "forget it!!" First things first, you cannot be cheap and have a turbo setup. Sure, you can get an HF manifold, a used turbo, yadda yadda. It will last maybe a week. Secondly, gunmen said it correctly, start with a 1.6. Even an Si motor, the 1.6 rods are a lot stronger than the 1.5. Another note, either route you choose, nitrous or turbo, you will want lower compression. High compression is for all motor.
Saying all that, if you wanna save money, this is what I would do. Find an Si motor somone is ditching for a B16, sohc vtec or something of the like. Pull it apart, put new rings and bearings in it w/ new headgasket, seals, etc. That is your best bet. If you wanna go boost or nitrous, get some forged rods, some lower compression forged pistons. This will bump up the price around $750. So, you think, the price is getting high don't ya. Ok, now you have a pretty solid bottom end for a nice RELIABLE build that will last you for the next couple of years. This setup will handle somewhere around 10-12 pounds of boost (more with blockguard and upgraded head gasket) or about a 75 shot of nitrous (more with upgraded SS valves). Of course, either one of these routes you take you will probably want to upgrade your fuel pump, injectors, ignition system. Holy moly, that is expensive.
You have just embarked upon what I was going to do about a week and a half ago. Until, I discovered that my crank was bad and it was gonna cost even more money. WOW!! So, now I am looking to get a B16 swap. Hmmm, 160 hp, factory reliability with a 350 like cult following. Something to consider if you can wait about a month to get one.
Hope I haven't ruined your party.
You could always just run about 5 pounds of cheap boost on a D15 which is easily and affordably replaceable. Sometimes, wish I would have stuck with that route. Have fun, don't get too serious w/ it.

No way you are going to get 160 out of a 1.5 unless you spend over $2000. I spent $1400 to rebuid/build my 1.6 and it only pushes about 130hp with 11.0:1 compression. If you want to make that motor have 160hp, just buy a 50+ shot of N20 and have fun with it.

Yeah if you wanna go with cheap power...try all the bolt ones and then go with nitrious...its the cheapest bang for your buck....

I work at honda so when i say cheap that is what i mean. We have a bunch engines laying out back that i take parts off of. Read what i said again, free d15 that beats the helll out of my d15 with bad rings. I already have a z6 head sitting on my bench and wanted to see if there are other pistions that would work. I can got performance pistons at cost through honda and my and the two ther young guys go junkyard hoping. And i forget to add rods too.

By the way, from what i heard, if you want to run stricly nitrous then raise the compression, this isn't true?

By the way, this isn't going to be a race car, just something for me to screw with. My real love is still in car stero.

I have heard of high"er" compression motors running nitrous. However, you have to take into account a thingy called cylinder pressure. As the compression rises, so does cylinder pressure. Think of cylinder pressure as this, if you put so much air into a balloon it will rise to a certain extent. If you put that same amount of air into a slightly smaller balloon, POP!! Think of your cylinder as a balloon, sorry analogy I know. But as you raise the compression which decreases the "size" of the cylinder from the piston dome, you basically make a smaller balloon. As you add more air (boost, nitrous) expect a POP!! If you really want to run nitrous or turbo I would suggest lower compression. Sorry if this is confusing sounding. I really don't know how to say it well.
