Hell yeah! His classic cars are awesome. Some of the vehicles he owns/has driven/flown/ridden make the mind boggle. What about the boat place thing that he shot down the Bi Plane with then crash landed.

To cool,
Rudi Gunn, was another cool character.

Damn I am going to half to dig up his books and read them again...

Don't even get me started on Terry Goodkind or Robert Asprin

I like ROBIN COOK
and when Im being a simple minded youth I read S. Perry , not much to choose from but its all action packed and is very interesting without being overly complicated at times (like ROBIN COOK) lol !!!

Right now im reading A Deepness in the Sky by Vernor Vinge and `it is very good , a book has to be very interesting to keep my ADD like attention span on it. I love sci-fi

ok maybe i exagerated. i mean it was still very interesting and it a plethora of interesting ideeas but the book itself it was nowere near as good as a deepness upon the sky. to me it felt a bit like cheap drama plus i was disapinted that it did not build upon the previous book.

of course this is my personal opinion you might like it better. i did win a hugo if i'm not mistaken.

I think that fire upon the deep was writting before a deepness in the sky. ADITS is like a prequel written afterwards. Like star wars.

George R.R. Martin is the best fantasy author I have ever read. Read the first book in the Song of Ice and Fire series and you will read the others. That is a promise. It is absolutely incredible. Everyone I've talked to has loved the books so damn much. They are awesome. Anyone who sez different is a loser :argue: :finger:

Whatever floats your yacht...

But George Martin does an excellent job of keeping the story "real" and doesn't have pompous wizards throwing lighting bolts at each other. When the supernatural is thrown in you aren't even expecting it. Thats what makes it so damn good :flash:

W3rd dude, Robin Cook is pretty good. I also enjoy older writers such as Thoreau, Fitzgerald, Hawthorne, as well as poets like Rober Frost.

Reading them in order would definitely be advisable! :) Otherwise it would be a recipe for confusion...

The book series leaves the movies etc in the dust too, so make sure you don't miss out :D

I hate it when I find a interesting book and find its like pt 2 in a 5pt series !!! I buy it but never read it till I find all the previous. It actually makes me quite angry .
