My transmission is acting up again, It's Real hard to get it in gear.. however the side to side motion is smooth as ever. just the front and back motion requires alot more force than before, thinking it may be the linkage... but it could be the transmission too.

my Setup is a B&M shifter, Energy suspension Shifter Bushings, stock linkage, 90 SI L3 tranny (270k)

I'm not too worried since this will be replaced soon when I sawp in my b16.

any idea on a quick fix ?

If you're replacing the tranny anyway, the quickest/easiest temporary fix would be to change the fluid with some Redline tranny fluid. I've heard it screws up your tranny after awhile, but since you're replacing it, it doesn't really matter. When I switched to Redline, shifts felt way smoother/easier than before.
