Has anyone replaced these? What kind did you use? I want to put new ones in but crutchfield.com said that the mounting depth is 2 1/2 inches and I can't find any speakers that will fit that?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I noticed that also. I have a 2000 sunfire with the Monsoon sound system and I blew my rear driver's side speaker and i was looking for a new pair. I went to crutchfield, and it shows that all of the speakers are "Fit E-Z" which means you don't have to do any modifications. But that top mount depth is throwing me off also. I am having a car audio place in my town install my Infinity 6953i's for me tomorrow. I'll let you know how that goes. The top mount depth for the speakers is 3 1/8 so maybe they'll have to cut out holes in the rear deck and put the grilles on there but whatever works. ill keep u updated

i was just wondering, did you put them in yourself...or did you have it done by someone else? if you did put them in yourself let me know what you did to do it. i'm trying to put pioneer 6x9s in also, but i don't want to pay somebody else for something i can do...if i just knew how that is.thanks.
