i'll chip ur ECU for u for free, well kinda, u pay for shipping both ways, once it gets here, i'll hit it with a hammer and chisle, put a chip into it, steal ur chip u bought and there u go, a nice, free, chipped ECU :D

Take it to a TV repair shop. Should be a 5 minute job for them. I would say no more than $10.
