1996 dodge neon trys to stall

my car will start and run, but when i hit a bump it tries to stall, what could cause that???? Any suggertions where to start?

On my 95 the wires going to the O2 sensor came loose and fell onto the axle. Rubbed through the insulation than shorted the power wire.
