Starter Connections

Sorry for all the questions this weekend about connectors. Problem is, I had some help disassembling but wasn't labeled quite the way I understand. But I sure appreciated the help when I had it !!
This one about the starter. I think its hooked up right. 2 larger wires to one terminal and the smaller one to the smaller terminal. Does this look right?

And one thing. I don't remember but to test the starter, do I put the cables across the two connectors with wires? Then to test the bendix one across the smaller terminals and then to the terminal coming from the starter motor?
