2g head on a non turbo 1g block?

hey i have a stock non turbo 1g with bent valves but have a 2g head and intake lying around. would it be a bad idea to put that head on i know i would have to change some things. or should i just take the time to swich the valves into my 1g intake thanks

well i didnt get any help but did find out my 1g intake ports are 1/2 inch bigger then the 2g so i just swiched the valves over so i dont lose any power
