The car has 118k on it if i let it sit for a few days and try to start it wont start. Don't hear the fuel pump kick just cranks. I checked the fuel lines and no pressure. leave the car come back 10 minutes later it starts right up. I'm pretty sure its going to be a crank sensor issue but just want some second opinions. Now the steering it only binds when i make right turns and only when the car is moving I have to force the car to turn and force it to go back to center. It makes left turns like a champ so i don't believe its the pump. I was thinking that the rack is bad or something is bent. Anyone have any idea of what the issues could be? thank you!

CPS has no effect on fuel pressure.

I thought if the CPS didn't send a signal to the PCM the PCM wouldn't tell the fuel pump to kick in.. or is that the fuel pump relay.. if so I've been trying to locate that in my car with no success.

The pump is primed when the key is turned again cps is not in the mix.

So I should start looking at the relay or the pump itself.... I'll change out the relay first just have to find it. I don't know if its under the hood or under the passenger side dash.
